For hygiene purposes Tori Swim will not be accepting returns, all sales are final. However we do accept returns if there is a manufactural issue with the swim suit. You will have 3 business days after receiving your order to report all manufactural issues to us via email. All claims reported after 3 business days will result in a forfeit of your refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be returned.
